Two Ways You Can Help

A tall white water tower with a cylindrical top and railing around it stands against a partly cloudy sky.

We build, deploy, and maintain decentralized infrastructure to improve the performance of the free and publicly-available LINC network. This requires both funding and locations for the equipment. This involves getting permission to place solar-powered nodes equipped with high-gain antennae in prime locations for maximum coverage. In Lincoln County, this means water towers, grain elevators, irrigation reservoirs, radio towers, church steeples, or even tall buildings. If you own or are responsible for anything like that, we would love to talk to you!

Offer a Location

The nodes we place do not cause interference with other radio or electrical systems, and they consume zero grid power. Letting us place one on your property will cost you absolutely nothing. We will only ever show up to maintain it with your permission, and with your presence if that’s what you want. We’re happy to answer any questions about site and placement requirements.

Make a Donation

If you don’t have a prime location to offer, there’s another important way you can help: contributing funds that will help pay for the nodes we place. Each new node costs around $200, but any amount you can afford to give will be helpful and appreciated.

Keeping this website up and running also costs around $200 per year. Your help covering these costs would be appreciated, as well.
